What to bring to a Notary on the day of signing?A valid photo ID that meets state requirements such as: government issued ID, passports, State issue ID, Twic Card. Payment for Notarial Services All signers and witnesses must be present. Persons named on the documents cannot serve as a witness. Witnesses must be at least 18 years in age and competent. Documents must be filled out.
